Our okonomiyaki features a minimal batter and a generous serving of cabbage as the main ingredient. By grilling it with bonito flakes on top, the outside becomes crispy, while the inside remains fluffy. It’s finished with our original sauce and mayonnaise, a recipe that has remained unchanged since our founding. |
