It’s a lively place that attracts customers from all over the world and buzzes until late at night. The okonomiyaki made by the ‘most talkative owner in the galaxy’ is cooked using his unique method of ‘rapid searing,’ which involves a burner and a griddle, resulting in a fluffy texture. The crispy texture of the finely chopped cabbage is also incredibly delicious. The ‘Naniwa Dream Tama,’ topped with an espuma-like mayonnaise and a generous amount of sakura shrimp, is truly one of a kind. |
