やっぱりお好み焼きは「ここやねん」と言ってもらいたい。 歴史の町、庶民の町、京都伏見で育った、お好み焼きやもんじゃ焼きが楽しめるお店「お好み焼はここやねん 」です。 当店はお好み焼き、もんじゃ焼き、焼きそばは国産小麦粉を使用しています。 さらに焼きそばはこだわりの極太生麺、契約農家さんから仕入れたキャベツなど食材へのこだわりは細部にわたっています。 関西もんじゃのパイオニアとして新たな粉モンの開発に余念がありません。 おすすめの「京風塩もんじゃ」はおつまみにもぴったりな一品です。関西ならではの油かす、牛すじを用いたメニューも取り揃えております “After all, we want people to say “Cocoyanen” for okonomiyaki. Cocoyanen is a restaurant where you can enjoy okonomiyaki and monjayaki grown up in Fushimi, Kyoto, a historical town and a town of common people. We use domestic flour for okonomiyaki, monjayaki, and yakisoba. We also pay close attention to the details of our ingredients, such as extra-thick fresh noodles for our yakisoba and cabbage purchased from contract farmers. As a pioneer of Kansai monja, the restaurant is constantly developing new types of flour monja. We recommend the “Kyoto-style salt monja,” a perfect snack. We also have a variety of menu items using Kansai’s unique oil cake and beef tendon. |
